Cathy is the Senior Director of Operations at Broadridge Customer Communications in South Windsor, CT. Cathy leads the South Windsor Operations team, which produces top-quality transactional, regulatory, and marketing communications on behalf of leading companies, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. She brings more than 25 years of operational experience along with a deep IT background. Cathy understands the importance of associate involvement when implementing process improvements and driving efficiencies in all aspects of the business.
 

Kemal Carr – President, Madison Advisors

Kemal is an expert in electronic and print customer communications Management (CCM). His strengths lie in strategy for technology selection and alignment and business process optimization decisions. Kemal is a regular commentator on the industry’s key issues and topics, including eDelivery, Multi-channel delivery, advancement in communication technologies, and electronic document presentment.

 

Neal Kelley – Registrar of Voters - Orange County, CA

Neal Kelley is Registrar of Voters for Orange County, California, the fifth largest voting jurisdiction in the United States serving more than 1.6 million registered voters. Neal leads an organization responsible for conducting elections, verifying petitions and maintaining voter records. He is an appointed member and immediate past chair of the United States Election Assistance Commission (EAC).

 

 

Jeff Matos – Senior Director of Operations with Broadridge Financial Solutions

Jeff graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s in Economics. He has been with Broadridge Customer Communications for 20 years working in various parts of the operation. After having day-to-day responsibilities for Broadridge’s high volume transactional print departments as well as POD and specialty finishing, Jeff recently transitioned to his new role. He currently has responsibility for print/production hardware and software technology research, acquisition, implementation, and ongoing support.

 

Amber McReynolds – Chief Executive Officer, The National Vote at Home Institute

Amber McReynolds is one of the country’s leading experts on election administration and policy, and co-author of the book “When Women Vote”. Amber is the CEO for the National Vote At Home Institute and Coalition and is the former Director of Elections for Denver, Colorado. During her time as an election official, she transformed the elections division into a national and international award-winning office.

 

Art Sackler – Executive Director, National Postal Policy Council & Coalition a for 21st Century Postal Service

Art is the Principal of Sackler Brinkmann & Hughes LLC (SBH), an advocacy and law firm. He has had an in-depth career strategizing and implementing public policy positions before federal and state governments, as well as internationally. He has managed, and led the government relations programs of, trade associations and coalitions, among them the National Postal Policy Council, the Coalition for a 21st Century Postal Service, the Interactive Travel Services Association, Open Allies for Airfare Transparency, the Mailers Council, and the Coalition to Preserve the American Copyright Tradition, as well as having been a representative to many others. He has served on US Government Delegations and Advisory Committees concerning intellectual property, services, trade, privacy, and postal affairs.
 

Keith Woedy – VP of Research and Practice, Madison Advisors

Keith delivers industry leading results in content management, business process improvement and information technology services. He understands managing top line revenue while focusing on developing lean and profitable organizations and specializes in implementing more efficient processes, profitable contract negotiations and improved employee efficiencies.

 

 

Jerry Derome – Business Development Manager, BlueCrest

Jerry Derome knows what it takes to create and drive a successful print and mail operation. Currently serving in a Professional Services role as part of the BlueCrest Solutions Engineering team, Jerry is passionate about the incremental changes that add up to real, measurable improvements in production processes. With over 20 years’ experience, notably with Bell & Howell, in engineering, product management and technology. Jerry’s mantra is to define success and chart a realistic, achievable path to get there.

 

Richard Smith – Head of Global Professional Services, BlueCrest

Richard Smith leads the BlueCrest Global Professional Services team and is passionate about delivering client value. With 20 years’ experience in the print industry and over half of that in production facilities, he has delivered operational transformation both as a practitioner and as a leader. Outside of the print industry Richard has been a Lean Six Sigma Consultant in food manufacturing and engineered systems, developing outcome-based solutions for clients.

 

Carl Amacker – Chief Marketing Officer, BlueCrest

Carl understands sales and marketing and what it takes to drive business growth. He has worked at multiple high-tech computer hardware and application software companies and more recently held leadership roles in sales, marketing, product management, financial services, and general management in the mailing industry.
